Acronis True Image 2015: Port and Protocol Fields Are Not Visible on Notifications Tab in Localized Builds

Symptoms

You install a localized (e.g. Russian or German) version of Acronis True Image 2015 and create a backup plan. In the Notifications tab the Port field, Encryption field and Additional notification settings are not visible.
