Symptoms

1. You installed Acronis Backup 12.5 Update 4 (build 12730 and higher),
2. When you try to create a new backup plan or apply existing plan to a device, operation fails with the following error message

 Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 port 30667: Connection refused

What does the following warning mean "Warning: The configured Master Server is not resolvable by the Acronis Files Connect (formerly ExtremeZ-IP) server. This may cause problems with users of the Acronis Files Connect Zidget. This may be due to the specified Master Server name not being present in DNS."?

事象

  • カタログ機能を有効にしたロケーションに、コンピュータ全体またはディスクをバックアップします。
  • [カタログ] を参照するとき、バックアップされたコンピュータの一部が表示されません。
  • [カタログ] でバックアップされたディスクのフォルダを参照するとき、バックアップされたファイルの一部が表示されません。
  • しかし、[バックアップ] タブでバックアップを参照するとき、そのバックアップされたファイルは表示されます。

以下は、見つからないファイルの例です。0a というファイルはバックアップでは表示されますが、カタログでは表示されません。

Acronis Backup 12.5: KVM のサポート

Acronis Backup 12.5 では、カーネルベースの仮想コンピュータ（KVM）がサポートされます。KVM のバックアップを実行するには、仮想コンピュータのゲストOS内にエージェントをインストールする必要があります（エージェントレス バックアップはできません）。ゲストシステムにエージェントがインストールされた後は、バックアップおよび復元の操作は物理コンピュータと同じように実行できます。

KVMを保護するために、Acronis Backup Advanced Virtual Host ライセンスが必要です。一つのライセンスで、同じ一つのホスト上にある仮想コンピュータにエージェントを何個もインストールできます。

Acronis Backup Cloud: Ghost backup plans on Agent

Symptoms

  1. You re-registered a machine from one account to a different one following the instructions from Acronis Backup Cloud: Registering Backup Client Manually
  2. You notice that this machine is running more backup plans than are applied to it (there appears to be one or more "ghost" backup plans)

Cause

In some cases re-registration leaves the backup plan applied on the server-side if the backup plan was not revoked in the Console.

Using Acronis True Image you can clone basic disks, both MBR and GPT.

Acronis True Image does not allow to clone a single partition; only cloning of an entire disk is possible.
